John Brault is a forensic biomechanics consultant who focuses on the analysis of human motion and injury in matters involving premises liability, collisions, industry, playgrounds, and recreation.

With more than 15 years experience advising the insurance and legal community, Mr. Brault has analyzed more than 2000 technical investigations and testified in over 200 courtroom trials as an expert in the area of biomechanics.

Mr. Brault is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California in the Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy where he not only lectures on the biomechanics of human motion and injury, but also collaborates in the Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Research Laboratory (MBRL) on research associated with human slip potential, tribometer validation, and shoe testing.
